Our calibrated 200 ml syringe with Luer-lock connection is fully made from A+ rated ozone-compatible materials.

The sterile 200 ml ozone syringe features a polycarbonate body and a silicone plunger. The only materials in contact with ozone are polycarbonate and silicone. Since the 200 ml syringe is made with A+ components, it can be used indefinitely.

How to Use

The 200 ml syringe with a male Luer-lock connection can be attached to any female Luer-lock port. Once the syringe is connected and gas begins to flow, the plunger automatically rises as the syringe fills.

Thanks to the Luer-lock connection, our Luer-lock catheters can be easily attached. Other catheters can also be used as long as you have a female Luer-lock connector to attach to specific tubing.

Other plastic syringes are not the same. Most plastic syringes typically last only a few uses because the rubber plunger starts to stick. When standard plastic syringes are reused multiple times, the rubber plunger expands, causing more friction on the sidewall as well as a strong odor. Since the plunger in the 200 ml syringe is made of silicone, it wears out much less quickly upon contact with ozone compared to rubber.
